Cancellation of session and membership
Membership is paid in advanced on a monthly basis.  If you decide to cancel your membership at any point, we ask you to get in contact as soon as possible.  Membership must be cancelled by the 15th of the month to stop the next standing order being taken the following month.  If this is the case, we will arrange a refund for the following month, but his could take up to 10 days after collection to process.

We appreciate that there will be some weeks you are not able to attend, your membership will continue but we are unable to offer a refund for these missed dates.  If you are expecting to be absent for an extended amount of time, please let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange appropriate action.

Complaints
We work hard to ensure that everything we do is with the player and parent in mind, sometimes despite our best efforts, things don’t go according to plan.  We encourage you to feed back to us if you feel this has happened and we will make it our absolute priority to discuss with you to try and put things right.  We are young and still learning, feedback both good and bad helps us to grow.

If we can’t resolve this or you feel you would like to raise a complaint, please get in contact with us at info@K50Academy.co.uk
